The Department of Research and Development monitors the organization and development of the Company. That is why students from Cracow University of Economics and from other universities in Cracow are involved in cooperation with the Company on fields like :
INTEGRATED QUALITY MANAGEMENT.
It includes analysis, improving regulations in the Company and Alfresco which gives the access to the system of quality books and Company’s procedures.
LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT
It deals with support for the analysis of Logistic Department, Company’s purchase and distribution of packaging, research and polling tradesmen.
SELLING DEPARTMENT
It deals with caring out research in order to check the costumers’ satisfaction, designing catalogues, creating data base, leaflets and internet websites, polling customers, updating data about selling Company’s products which are prices, codes, the newest articles, sales etc.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
It deals with conducting research, monitoring cooperation in making projects and improving cooperation in the MCDO KRAKUS Company. Additionally students having practice in our Company get a chance to gather information which can be useful in writing their B.Sc and M.A. projects. Observing work in our Company and using trade magazines gathered by the Management Board is also very beneficial for students.
